🟢 Commercial Specialist for Wholesale with Hungarian- Beverage company🟢

We are seeking an experienced, commercially focused professional to take full ownership of the Wholesale (Traditional Trade) Sales Channel and play a key role in its continued development. This strategically important position offers the opportunity to actively influence commercial strategy, build and manage long‑term partnerships, and drive portfolio growth within a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of Wholesale and Traditional Trade channels and their development
• Acquisition, onboarding, and management of wholesale partners
• Building long‑term relationships and acting as main contact for partners
• Managing partner onboarding and commercial agreements
• Optimizing product portfolio across wholesale partners
• Planning and executing promotions, campaigns, and incentive programs
• Preparing and tracking sales and volume plans
• Driving commercial and market‑development strategies
• Monitoring market trends, competition, and sales performance
• Reporting results and supporting data‑driven decisions
• Close cooperation with Marketing, Logistics, and Finance
• Negotiating annual agreements with key partners

Your profile:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, business support, or commercial roles
• Background within FMCG, retail, or a multinational environment
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent MS Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI, SAP, or CRM systems
• Proven negotiation and relationship‑management capabilities
• Fluent English and Hungarian, both written and spoken
