We are looking for an organized, proactive, and creative Marketing Service Specialist to support our marketing and event activities. This role combines event coordination, content creation, and administrative work and offers great variety for someone who enjoys both planning and hands‑on execution.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Organizational and administrative support for the company’s partner presentations at professional conferences
  • Organizational and administrative coordination of in‑house conferences and seminars
  • Organization of internal events – in cooperation with HR
  • Arrangement of transportation and accommodation for the above-mentioned events
  • Documentation, evaluation, and reporting of all events
  • Production (filming and editing) of video and photo materials for social media and other channels
  • Development, management, and regular publishing activities on social media
  • Editing and updating of website content
  • Coordination of promotional materials (leaflets, translations, text and visual proofreading) and ordering of marketing merchandise

Your profile:

  • Previous experience in marketing, event coordination or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadline
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive and hands-on approach, with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Attention to detail and ability to independently handle administrative tasks
  • Experience with social media management and content creation (photo/video editing is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe suite) is a plus
  • Fluency in Czech and English (both written and spoken)
  • Driver’s license (advantage if events require travel)
