For our Wheelset department in Prague we are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic colleague for a position of Spare
Parts Coordinator.

You are:


 an enthusiastic and experienced professional with minimum 3 years professional experience, ideally in supply chain
management or in rail freight transport
 communicative and have a good communication skills in English (at least B1-B2)
 a collegial team player who likes to take initiative;
 flexible, eager to learn and have perseverance;
 solution oriented and willing to go the extra mile for the customer
 familiar with the most common MS Office applications


What will you be doing?


 responsibility for the assigned part of the region — Czech Republic and Slovakia
 processing technical documentation in the internal system, which is provided by the workshop
 daily communication with the workshops
 responsibility for wagons detached on tracks due to wheelset damage (order mobile repair team)
 approval of work proposals and price estimates
 technical support for colleagues from other departments
 responsibility for stock levels in assigned workshops
 arranging transportation within the assigned part of the region
 daily communication with our suppliers across Europe
