As a Senior Packaging Designer in our packaging department, you will shape the future of our product packaging – from the initial idea to the final series-ready solution. With your expertise, you strengthen our premium market positioning and drive new impulses for sustainable, functional, and brand‑defining packaging solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• End-to-end involvement in packaging design and development – from concept creation through prototyping and testing to production approval
• Development of visual and structural packaging solutions for our entire product portfolio, including design concepts, die lines, mock-ups, and prototypes
• Ensuring brand and quality consistency while exploring new materials, sustainable options, finishing techniques, and innovative packaging formats
• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Development, Marketing, Procurement, suppliers) to ensure successful implementation of packaging projects on time and at high quality
• Researching trends, materials, and production technologies to drive continuous innovation within our packaging strategy
• Conducting quality assessments of print proofs, mock-ups, and production samples, and evaluating stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement

Your Profile:

• Degree in Packaging Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in packaging development – ideally in a technically demanding or regulated environment
• Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and ArtiosCAD; solid understanding of structural packaging design is a plus
• Strong interest in packaging materials, finishing techniques, sustainable solutions, and production processes
• Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable work style with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ability to manage complex tasks in parallel and drive projects independently
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• High attention to detail, creativity, and the motivation to contribute ideas and actively promote innovation
