Pracovní nabídka
The PFISTERER corporate group has been dealing with the interfaces in the flow of electricity ever since it was founded back in 1921. As a specialist in energy transmission and distribution, we offer our customers and business partners a range of sophisticated, future-ready products: For all voltage ranges and wherever reliable, long-lasting systems are needed for powerful energy grids. As well as the energy sector, we are also active in transport technology and industrial solutions. We are already well-established in all key global markets and are continuing to strengthen our brand on a worldwide scale.
Are you a data-driven professional who prefers the production floor over a quiet back office?
Do you want to be the right hand of the Plant Manager and directly influence the efficiency of our operations?
We are looking for a proactive Operations Controller to join our Plant Management Team.
This is not a traditional finance/accounting role—this is an Operational Performance position focused on production, logistics, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
As our Operations Controller, you will be responsible for the transparency and steering of our plant’s performance. Your mission is to turn data into actionable insights.
- Production Steering & KPI Management: Monitor and analyze OEE, scrap rates, rework, output per shift, and machine downtimes. You will be the owner of our "Shopfloor Reporting."
- Operational Analysis: Identify bottlenecks and analyze standard cost variances. You will propose concrete measures to improve performance.
- Strategic Support: Act as a key partner to the Plant Manager. You will prepare decision-making data for shift models, capacity expansions, and CAPEX investments (Make-or-Buy).
- Planning & Forecasting: Collaborate with Financial Controlling by providing crucial operational inputs for forecasts and month-end closings.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in Lean, Kaizen, and 5S projects.
- Cross-Departmental Controlling: Oversee logistics KPIs (inventory levels, OTD, transport costs), quality costs, and HR-related metrics (FTE, overtime, fluctuation).
What We Expect
- Analytical Mindset: You love numbers, but you love the stories behind them even more.
- Operational Focus: You are comfortable spending time on the production floor and communicating with shift leads and engineers.
- Governance & Integrity: You ensure that group standards are met and have the courage to intervene when deviations occur.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel is a must. Knowledge of Lean Management principles is a significant advantage.
- Proactive Approach: You don't just report problems; you bring solutions and track their implementation.
What We Offer
- The opportunity to directly impact the success and efficiency of the plant.
- A dynamic environment where your initiatives are welcomed and implemented.
