About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Specialist in Sourcing & Contracting to support global procurement activities within an international business operations environment.

This position plays a key role in executing sourcing initiatives and managing end-to-end contracting processes. You will collaborate closely with category leads and business stakeholders to ensure effective sourcing execution, supplier evaluation, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFx preparation and execution
  • Collaborate with global category teams and internal stakeholders
  • Manage supplier communications and evaluate RFx responses
  • Execute sourcing projects (RFx) with values up to $5 million
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with third parties
  • Ensure compliance throughout the contracting lifecycle
  • Conduct internal and external third-party risk assessments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and risk mitigation records
  • Identify opportunities to improve sourcing processes and stakeholder experience
  • Ensure service levels are met and stakeholder satisfaction is maintained

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field (preferred)
  • 0–3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or contracting
  • Fluent English + professional Italian and/or Spanish (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of SAP Ariba is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to improve processes

Additional Information

  • Prague, Czech Republic - hybrid
  • 40 hours per week
  • Employment Contract: 12 months (extension possible)
