We are looking for a data administrator for our Prague office
A self-contained thorough person with a detail-oriented approach. Analytical thinking with good knowledge of Excel. Previous experience with SAP is an advantage, but not necessary. Thousands of customers, more than 3000 products, everyday communication in Czech/Slovak and English. The knowledge of Hungarian is an advantage, but not mandatory.
We will teach you everything you need
The position is intended to substitute an employee on maternity leave; however, the limited contract does not mean that you will no longer have a position in our company after two years. We are always looking for competent people.
What is it all about?
- Working with data
- Maintenance of customers, materials and prices in our SAP system
- Work with SAP and Excel daily
- Some use of Excel macros and PowerBI
- Mass modification of data on a regular and ad-hoc basis
Communication with Sales representatives and colleagues from Logistics
- Mostly by email, sometimes calls
- Using communication skills to gather precise information from colleagues, enabling you to achieve your objectives efficiently.
- Close cooperation with the logistic team with 20 members.
- Handling a variety of daily requests — many solved within minutes, fewers requiring a few hours of focused work.
- Cooperate on data maintenance and help us use and define our key customer-facing IT solutions in the form of an e-shop and invoice distribution system.
