Creative Dock is on the lookout for a Localization Support to join our dynamic team, assisting the Localization Specialist in crafting, reviewing, and coordinating multilingual marketing content for campaigns. This role is a cornerstone in ensuring that our localized materials resonate with linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and align perfectly with the brand’s tone, persona, and market-specific nuances. What We Offer:

  • A part-time role, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Localization Coordination: Facilitate the localization process for campaigns, ensuring adherence to campaign goals, tone of voice, and market personas.
  • AI-Assisted Translation Management: Utilize and refine ChatGPT prompts for generating translations, validating these through DeepL for brand tone consistency.
  • Human Translation Coordination: Liaise with Country Managers for human review processes, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to campaign context.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of localization progress and support in reporting deliverables, monitoring deadlines closely.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

  • An interest in Translation, Marketing, Communication or related fields.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A keen eye for linguistic and stylistic details.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple deadlines.

Preferred:

  • A bit of experience in any of the following fields: translation, copywriting, editing, localization, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with translation tools and AI-assisted localization workflows.
  • Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.

Hiring Process:

  • Participation in a Bootcamp (1 day spent with your potential team – to showcase your skills and learn more about Creative Dock / case study - depending on the role).
