Location: Prague

The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our real estate properties, including property maintenance, tenant relations, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to enhance the value of our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tenant relations, including lease administration, tenant communication, and resolving tenant issues.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, including forecasting expenses and monitoring financial performance.
  • Manage and maintain the rent roll, ensuring accurate and timely processing of rental payments.
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to the property portfolio, including documentation, lease agreements, and maintenance records.
  • Assist with regular service charge reconciliation process.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of property management reports and presentations.
  • Monitor and report on property performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with Asset manager and other stakeholders to ensure efficient property operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant communications and interactions.
  • Support the leasing activity with tenant onboarding and lease administration.
  • Prepare and distribute regular updates and reports on property performance to senior management.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities related to property management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of property-related invoices and payments.
  • Assist with onboarding of new assets in portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the CEE real estate market is a plus.
